Terms and Conditions

1. Introductory Provisions
   1.1. These terms and conditions govern the relationship between the e-shop operator (hereinafter referred to as the "Seller") and the customer (hereinafter referred to as the "Buyer") for the sale of components for camera systems intended for industrial quality inspection.
   1.2. By submitting an order, the Buyer confirms their acceptance of these terms and conditions.

2. Order and Conclusion of Contract
   2.1. Orders can be placed via the e-shop’s online interface.
   2.2. After submitting an order, the Buyer will receive an order confirmation via email, which constitutes the conclusion of the purchase contract.
   2.3. The Seller reserves the right to refuse an order in case of product unavailability or other objective reasons.

3. Prices and Payment Terms
   3.1. Prices listed on the e-shop are final and include VAT unless stated otherwise.
   3.2. Payment can be made by bank transfer, credit card, or other methods offered on the e-shop.
   3.3. Goods will be shipped only after payment has been received, unless otherwise agreed.

4. Delivery of Goods
   4.1. Goods are delivered via the shipping services listed on the e-shop.
   4.2. Delivery times depend on the current availability of products and are specified for each product.
   4.3. Upon receipt of the shipment, the Buyer must check its condition and immediately report any defects to the carrier and the Seller.

5. Complaints and Warranty
   5.1. A statutory 24-month warranty applies to the sold goods unless stated otherwise.
   5.2. The Buyer must submit a complaint in writing to the Seller’s email, including a description of the defect and proof of purchase.
   5.3. Complaints will be resolved within the statutory period of 30 days from submission.

6. Withdrawal from Contract
   6.1. The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason.
   6.2. Goods must be returned undamaged, in their original packaging, and at the Buyer’s expense.
   6.3. The Seller will refund the Buyer within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

7. Data Protection
   7.1. The Seller undertakes to protect the Buyer’s personal data in accordance with applicable legal regulations.
   7.2. Personal data is processed solely for the purpose of order fulfillment and contract execution.

8. Final Provisions
   8.1. The Seller reserves the right to change these terms and conditions without prior notice.
   8.2. All legal relations are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.

These terms and conditions are valid and effective from March 26, 2025.
